- If the product is damaged, record a clear video showing:
- The unboxing process (if possible) to capture the condition of the packaging.
- The damaged area of the product from different angles.
- The shipping label and invoice for order verification.

Step 3: Return & Replacement Process
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange for return pickup or guide you on shipping the product back.
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will process a replacement or refund as per our policy.
- Once we receive the product for replacement we will ship the product within 5 – 7 working days.
- Once we approved the refund we will credit the amount in customer bank account within 10 – 15 working days.
